Gratitude journaling is a great way to help grow the positive side of your attitude – which not only has an uplifting effect on your mood and how you see the world, but it helps to recondition your brain to identify and think positive thoughts and interactions with the world.

It’s an instant hit of oxytocin every time you have positive thoughts.
